Different Types of Fiction

I say that I like to write “fiction”. I’m even aware, in general, of the various sub-genres that are available out there, however, I didn’t quite know as much as I thought I did. This doesn’t really come as a surprise to tell you the truth. I’m always reminded of this fact when I read, research, or study.

After all is said and done, I realized that if I want to master fiction, that I will need to know all about it. This means starting at the beginning: defining what “fiction” really means, and what it breaks down to.

I want to share an informative article (or section from a book rather) that explains what fiction really is. Some of you may already have this knowledge, but those of you that are novice writers (like myself), you may find that the following link contains a tidbit or two of new information.
